This privacy policy will explain how the FRICO 2024 organization uses personal data we collect from you when you register for the workshop.

What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

• Your full name
• Your affiliation
• Title of your talk
• A short abstract of your talk
• Preference between a full talk or an elevator pitch
• A link to the paper your talk is based on (optional)
• Dietary restrictions (if any).

How do we collect your data?

We only collect your data when you register to the workshop by sending an email to the organizers or by filling out the form.

How will we use your data?

The collected data is necessary to organize the workshop:

• Your full name and affiliation for the name badge and communicating the workshop program to participants.
• Email address to keep you up to date about the workshop.
• Dietary restrictions such that we can provide food during the workshop.
• Abstract and the paper link will be used for applicants selection process, talk scheduling purposes and will be displayed in the workshop schedule.

We will furthermore share your full name, affiliation and email address to the organizers of future FRICO workshops, such that you can be updated when future editions will take place.
